We have biblical teachings and classes in the morning and then we go to work in the community.  We partner with local contractors and other businesses as we let our men establish a work ethic.  Upon progression of the program, they are able to earn money from the work they do.

After graduation, they have what we call a starter kit.  This allows us to job place them with the business they have worked for, or we can help them start their own business.

The main goal is to see them set free through the power of Jesus Christ and help them become successful Christian men and better husbands and fathers to their families.
